I have reached out to our sales rep, Maggie, who sent me an updated connectivity guide from Chromebook classrooms. I am going to get that setup today and test with me pilot teachers. If I continue to have problems, I will reach out. Thanks for your prompt response. Zach

I am hoping that someone can help us with the problem we are having with NetSupport School and our Chromebooks. We have Chromebook carts and a large number of classrooms. The Chromebooks stay in the classroom and do not go with our students. We have the NS Connectivity Gateway setup with extensions pushed through the Google Admin Console for the Connectivity Server and School passkey. We are having limited success with with NetSupport School displaying screens of the students who login to the Chromebooks for that classroom. When I check the Connectivity Server, I see each location has a few connections from the Google extension but only see a couple hundred of students in the Connectivity Gateway compared the 2600 students we have in our district. I know all won't be connected concurrently but the number connected seems low, especially during school hours. Has anyone dealt with a problem like this and if so, how did you resolve? Thanks, Zach
