Hi I am creating a VLE for a primary school for my final year dissertation at University, I was wondering if anyone would be kind of enough to give me some insight into what spec I should produce, I have knowledge of Learning Platforms within secondary schools, but not with primary schools so I was wondering if anyone could give me some useful pointers, any information on the design, layout, colour schemes, anything at all would be really useful, thank you.

Thanks, I will try stuffit and see whether I can open the file up. I think it is a flash object, its a module I have been given and part of it is to create a program to sniff the ENC file. Thanks for your help.
