Hi, I work in a school and since I started in January the number one problem has been the photocopy has problem scanning to email. We have 3 TASKalfa 4501i, two of them work fine and another one which most used takes long time to send email to the email account. This happens to everyone and not specific email account and it happens more when a staff is scanning multiple papers. Could it be a problem with mail server? What are you suggestion, change mail server?
