I suppose I was considering that these messages are no longer tied to the phone and can be removed from our email and saved as mp3 files which in theory could be added to CPOMS if required.

We have just moved to an internet based phone system and receive our answerphone messages as mp3 files on our emails. I am thinking that we need to update our privacy notice to reflect the fact that we can save voice recordings if required. Has anyone already done this and are you willing to share the wording used. Thanks.
