sa user isn't showing in the 'solus3_deployment-server'. Is this the origin of my error?

Taken a look in Management Studio, and edited the password for the sa login under Security>Logins. This didn't change the SOLUS3 UI error

Is there a way to change the user that is logging in? I remoted onto the server and tried opening the UI, this is the first thing that happens. It doesn't ask for a login

We have just taken over SIMS support from the local council. They have provided us with the SQL login details and I can get into the SQL Management Studio with them and see all databases. However, I get this error when opening SOLUS3 UI: Any suggestions?
