I am tempted to give up on it, the plan was to sell it as it was given to me to see if can do anything with it to sell but no one will want it with XP on it

I don't see UEFI in the BIOS

I am having a real headache with a NEC ML450 and trying to install Windows 7 using a disc or USB, it just reboots every time and loops rebooting when trying to boot from the disc or USB to install the OS. Weird thing is it boots and installs XP all ok but nothing else and found another thread on there with the same issue where they upgraded the BIOS and it worked and they was able to install Windows 7 but I have never done a BIOS upgrade before and if mess it up, the PC becomes unusable. How do I upgrade the BIOS on a NEC ML450? Thank you in advance
