I would seriously talk to other schools if considering Capita hosted service - I am not impressed with it at all - slow / lots of disconnections / hard to save locally / profile issues / discover transfers nightmare / at Capita's whim when they upgrade you or decide to migrate servers...........I would rather have own server and be in control / able to fix things more quickly myself!!!

Apologises if already asked! Secondary schools - are you educating students about their rights / issuing them directly with privacy notices - once they hit 13 years old, they are able to provide consent... Thanks
