Teachers have mp4 files in their class stream but no one is able to play these files if they are using Chrome browser. We have downloaded the latest version but it is still the same. The background stays black with an arrow continuously going round. I have tried right clicking to open in another window as suggested when researching the problem but it doesn't work for us. The files will play in IE. Any suggestions for how to make it work it chrome?
