Thanks for the reply. This Marksheet is a HW tracker and therefore there is a new column for each week. I need the results in each column colour coordinated (hence the formula). The previous peron did it for the first 15 weeks of the year and now i need to do the next 30 or so (30 x 5 years gives us 150). I cant just add to master copy and clone as the mark sheets are already a work in progress and i cant lose the data from the first term. Looks like i have a long task ahead of me!

Hi, I am trying to expand a Template for recording Homework and i am looking to create more formulas for data review (specifically NESTED IF THEN ELSE formulas). I need to add over 150 of these hidden columns over 5 mark-sheets. Is there a way to add multiple of them in one go just like i did with the data entry fields or am i going to have to spend hours doing them one by one? im expanding on on someone else start and i have no idea if this is the best way to do it. Any advice on quicker ways if it isn't possible to add more than one would be greatly appreciated.
