Morning all I have a windows image with Office installed. When the student logs in for the first time, the machine seems to remove the installed version and replace it with the version added via intune. I can see there is an option not to remove previous versions, but I don't want it to install again. I also want to make sure the version on the image is updated as and when. What do I need to do? Dear all I have configured School Data Sync to pull from ISAMS using the OneRoster API. All works well. I am trying to also use csv files to sync guardians so we can use the weekly digest for homework notification and am having problems to do with the ISAMS 12 digit student ID. Does anyone have experience of setting this up? Kevin

We took the decision to do the same thing 4 weeks ago. AccessIT ask for login details for Eclipse and then extract the data on our behalf.

Afternoon all, We have a sharepoint list with a column that hides list items from Delve. This field - HideFromDelve is a boolean field with a default of Yes. In the last couple of days it has started to ignore the yes default and shows it as no. Anyone got any ideas as to what is causing this? Thanks in advance Kev

Interesting call today with one of their team leaders. Seems the customer services manager is unwell. Told them the product was poor, the support was poor and the comms were poor. Asked what was wrong with product to be told that the developers are looking into it. Made it quite clear that we were looking to move and asked for a copy of our catalogue as the export routine in Eclipse is garbage. Wonder how long I am going to have to wait / how many times I am going to have to remind them to send it to me.

Currently trying to login to Management to see if I can do a complete export of the catalogue. I think the system is sensing this because it keeps giving me an error message when I try to access it!!! This cannot continue!

Fired off an email to Colin Lloyd yesterday at 14:00. Quoted their joke of an SLA to them and asked for a prompt reply. Guess what........ So we are now actively looking for a new supplier. We are an all through school of around 800 kids. We have three libraries across the three main school buildings. Where do we go? I need something cloud hosted that is easy to manage and use. Ideally something I could hook up to my MIS (PASS using the API) but that's not crucial. Our contract with MLS runs out in August so we don't have that much time. Any suggestions? Kev

Afternoon all, Recently inherited the systems at school and struggling with Micro Lib. Our librarians take 5- 8 mins on average to get onto the system. Support is non-existent and they are very good at ignoring emails and not returning calls. What is the average login time people experience when using it? Kev
