ElmWey Learning Trust is a growing multi-academy trust located in Elmbridge. The role is based at Heathside, Weybridge, our lead academy which is a successful and oversubscribed 11-18 secondary school. We are seeking an experienced, versatile and creative IT Manager to drive the strategic development of IT across the Trust. The successful candidate will lead the IT support team to plan, design and deliver a robust, secure, safe and resilient infrastructure as well as a responsive and scalable service to 1400 users. You will be responsible for developing the Trust’s IT systems innovatively whilst ensuring stability based on industry standards and within a sustainable environment to meet the management, administrative and educational needs of our schools. The role would suit a graduate or technical professional with a broad knowledge of up-to-date Windows server based technologies who is able to demonstrate experience of networking, wireless and VPN solutions. In addition candidates will have experience of project management, IT procurement IT/team management and successfully implementing change and introducing innovation.
