    Hi you need to contact unifi, they will give you the ssh command to connect directly to them to upgrade. You need putty if you dont already have it. Sent from my SM-G955F using EduGeek mobile app

    Creo was inconsistent and tough to use. My experience said solid works as I used that and solid edge in Uni. But Auodesk is free for education and you can use 1 license to install on 100 pcs. Sent from my SM-G955F using EduGeek mobile app
