  1. I've created a package within SCCM for Office 2019 and it deploys and installs successfully but when running any of the Office applications, all users (including admins) get an error 'The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142).' Looking at the logs I can see the following: Microsoft-AppV-ServiceLog]2020-Dec-07 08:42:19.072 - Vfs: [4180].[7852]: ERROR: Failed to load VFS mappings. Error code: 2 [vfs_configuration_loader_helper::initialize_detokenizer; 300] [0]1054.1EAC::2020-12-07 08:42:19.081184200 [Microsoft-AppV-ServiceLog]2020-Dec-07 08:42:19.072 - Vfs: [4180].[7852]: ERROR: Failed to load runtime configurations. Start Menu is re-directed but AppData is not and user profiles are all local with UEV enabled. Any ideas?
  2. Applying KB4041691 fixed the issue! Thank you for everyone's help.

  4. I have set up a new RDS farm using Windows Server 2016. We have 3 servers acting as the Session Host and 1 server acting as the Connection Broker, Gateway and Web Access. The 3 servers acting as the session host all install the SIMS Client through SOLUS but when you run the program you get ‘SIMS has stopped working – Close the program’. Event log shows the following: Event ID – 1026 – The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception. Exception Info: System.IO.FileLoadException. Source – .NET Runtime .NET 4.6.2. has already been installed on the machines and the SIMS Client is available on all RDS Hosts. I have also tried re-installing SIMS using the SOLUS agent but that doesn't fix the issue. If you run the command as an admin change user /install , SIMS will launch without any issues. If you then change it back to change user /execute, SIMS crashes. Any ideas?
