yes total sense! thanks I've managed to group the attendance succesfully as you've mentioned above and is working well. The snapshot of the effort and behaviour in the same way i think would also help our own situation!. thanks for taking the time to help

Morning all Im completely new to edugeek, so might have posted this in the wrong place?! Im a SIMS novice but need a little help please. Im creating the student data file for upload into SISRA. You can add additional columns to the report you run in SIMS, ive managed to add attendance succesfully. What i would like to do is also add our effort and behaviour judgements. i think ive come to the realisation that i would need to create an average of the judgements across all of the students subjects (if not please correct me) so we can filter the different groups within SISRA. (i hope this makes sense) What is the best way to create this average in SIMS so i can add it to my student data file for upload. Any suggestions/help/guidance would be much appreciated. thanks
