I have used Net Support in the past and have also been a strong user of Impero for a number of years. Firstly, can I say that Impero is not truly cloud based, it merely is a 'remote desktop' type of set up. We have been using SENSO Cloud for a while now and even been helping Renato Software with its development as far is its used in schools goes. This is a truly cloud based product and I have to say, knocks spots off the others in many ways. The biggest asset is the E-Safety which have found to be the best there is. Happy to discuss with anybody if you want more information on why we took the plunge. As far as we are concerned it ticks all the boxes. no add-on's to web browsers to make it work which is why we moved away from Impero in the first place. It works at network level. easy to install, impossible for students to bypass. developing all the time and best of all, no overhead on resources so we can easily use on lower spec devices. What I like the best is I can use it on my phone from anywhere!
