Hi New to the forum just joined when I saw this post, having the same issue with Smartviewer software v 4.9.2 on 2 PC's one on windows 7 and the other on windows 10 which have previously worked fine. I have tried uninstalling and even tried rolling back software v 4.8.1 on a 3rd PC its working fine and I know the DVR is all good its just a graphics issue I am guessing down to a windows update? If anyone has the answer let me know Many thank for reading
