It's been fixed, it was Impero causing the log-in issue and adding a whitelist fixed the issue. Many thanks!

I can see an Allow List in Group on Impero, but it say's that the allow only list restricts all websites except those in the list. Is there there somewhere in Impero where i can add an exemption for it?

I disabled 'start SMART Ink when you log on', but i'm still getting logon issues on Kerboodle.

Would that be a Chrome Extention or something installed with the SmartBoard Software?

Staff have been getting an issue when they try to log in to Kerboodle on Google Chrome lately. When they try to log in to the website, instead of authenticating their log-in, it takes the user straight back to the Log-in screen. Everything works fine when logged in to a local admin account where no GPOs are applied, so i'm guessing that this is down to a GPO setting but i've been unable to resolve the problem. Anyone have any ideas about what might be causing it?
