I'm sorry to hear about the issues occurring within the Junior Librarian library system, taking a look through the above it's more than likely a barcode mask hasn't been configured for 6-Digit borrowers. You can configure a new barcode mask from within Management under the Barcodes option (Management > Settings > Barcodes). You will want to create a barcode mask with the following criteria:
Description: MLS (6 Digit)
Type: Borrower (this will be dependent on if the school uses six digit barcodes for resources).
Mask: ######
