Probably too late now buuuuuut ...... multimediaonwheels.com can offer a very secure (steel) and mobile AV Unit for similar money. These units are can be spec'd up to contain a mixer amp for PA via a wireless Shure mic. The projectors supplied are NEC NP 300 @ 2200 lumen and offer the 3 year lamp warranty. A Laptop could be used on the pullout shelf ... or you place a desk top in the base and connect a wirless keyboard and mouse. JBL control 1 speakers are match this type of trolley for small to medium sized halls... but you could always connect larger speakers via to match your hall size. David
