  6. Hi Graham, a) We simply do not have the time to undertake this. b) The Add-In relies heavily on Office VSTO (Visual Studio Tools for Office) and is heavy on MS Propretry COM technologies. So I would guess that it's a total re-wrtite from scratch. Feel free to examine our source code on https://github.com/Chem4Word/Version3, which may give you some help if you want to get someone else to accomplish this task. /Mike Williams Lead Developer (Chem4Word)
  7. Hi, The setup exe is not an installer, it is our own custom program. It is not designed to run silent. It's job is to check the pre requisites, then download and run the msi. As you have found it is only the msi which is able to run silent using the command line above. Hope you are enjoying using Chem4Word. /Mike
  8. We have deployed Release 1 to our download servers, please upgrade to that.
  9. Please remember we are a VERY small team of three people. We work on this project in our free time. We endeavor to respond to queries as quick as we can. /Mike
  10. We have been working with one system manager to get a silent install working. With logging msiexec /i Chem4Word-Setup.3.0.10.Beta.10.msi /l*v setup10.log WINWORDVERSION=2013 /quiet Without logging msiexec /i Chem4Word-Setup.3.0.10.Beta.10.msi WINWORDVERSION=2013 /quiet Change "variables" as appropriate
  11. Please be advised that at the time of writing this is a beta. We do however expect to release the "Gold" version in January next year.
