Yes a Smart Podium would be an ideal solution, but they don't seem to sell these in the UK, unless looking on the SmartBoard website is wrong.

Hello Fellow IT People, I am writing for help from the Collective Mind. We currently have several Hitachi StarBoard Touch Screens; (image from Google) They work with a Pen, and come with StarBoard Software. (Little like ActivInspire but much worse) but for a Desktop Monitor and not a full sized board. Does any one have an alternative to these, ie Touch Screen for Writing using a Stylus. These StarBoards are failing with broken VGA Leads, and they are beginning to stop working with Win10, they no longer sell these, and to be honest, who has heard of a StarBoard ;-) . I am struggling to find products that match what I am looking for. The other IT Techs over here say Burn Them, but a Last Ditch Attempt to see if there is an alternative out there Hope you can help.
