Hi All, Firstly, I hope I have posted this in the right place as it's my first time posting. I am an IT technician working in a primary school and we have a smartboard 4065 and for the last few months the teacher has reported that it has been acting erratically, opening programs on its own and so on. I've tried cleaning the sensors all the way around, I've checked the cables that I can check are connected properly. Anyone have a fix for this?
