Wondered if anyone has had a similar problem with text font sizes when looking at pupil details. The text font size in basic details is large and clear but as you scroll to the registration area the font gets smaller and smaller until when you look at the upn filed it is very small and a completely different font. Capita suggested the obvious things about the display properties in Control Panel but we had already checked these. It is obviously a pc specific problem as no other pc in the school has this problem. The font also appears incorrectly when they run reports and you have to select fields, which are so small it is almost impossible to see. Any suggestions gratefully received. Thanks

Thanks for that. I will check all the pc's on the admin network. They are not peer to peer.

Error when they log into FMS - ' You have altered you system clock and it is recommended to restart your module to ensure client time'. Sometimes it rejects them from FMS and othertimes not. I have tried replicating the issue with a copy of their data but it is fine for me. Has anyone seen this error before and more importantly rectified it? Thanks

We are having problems printing cheque runs from all pc's on this 2003 Server system which runs through SQL. It appears to hang for approx. 10/15 mins before completing this procedure. All other aspects of printing within SIMS FMS are great and also when we print directly from the Server it is immediate and fine. Tried all obvious solutions eg. local printer install, closing various services eg Nero or java updates & used PRIMO PDF. Has anyone had this problem and solved it?
