I have heard about some "free library software solutions" and I would not recommend this path to anyone looking for easy-to-use library management software. Typically, you would need to hire a computer expert to even install and set up the "free software". And free software typically doesn't offer any support.

It seems it is impossible to use TLS 1.2 on a Windows 2008 Standard Server (not R2). Are there any workarounds or is the Windows upgrade the only solution?
