We have a batch of Acer Switch 10e convertible laptops, has anybody else experienced a problem with the keyboard docks on these? When the keyboard is detached then reattached, the dock is completely unresponsive. The device manager shows 'Unkown USB Device (Device Descriptor Failed)'. It takes a few attempts or a reboot to get the keyboard working again. I've tried different drivers, even different operating systems. Thanks
