The tags fail when I build and edit an Individual report template - works once or twice and then gives out rubbish... picks up wrong values or tag does not work. Word 2013. Have read posts on not saving... closing and then being forced to save the word template and I have switched off spell check. Having a hosted version may limit my access to fix problems. The issue has been raised with SIMs- still waiting for a reply. Any help most welcome.
