I don't understand 'unc share' sorry! The situation is that our team has access to the same hard drive in which files are saved and stored. I have had the situation where I have placed a link into a word or excel document only to discover that the link is broken as the file has been moved. I have been told that there is a way of using hyperlinks that even though the files gets moved the document can still be sourced from the original link. Is this true..An example of a filepath format that I have used and then it has been rendered broken due to the file being moved to another location is T:\emu\briefings\extreme heat
