The page is only held on a shared drive on my PC at the moment. Is this something to do with it or have i missed something else out? Thanks.

Dont know what the error is craig, have you tried copying the lessonmonitor.ini from a working machine to a broken one. This was an issue some time ago. Other than that, copy the whole sims.net folder from a working computer to another. Not an ideal solution but usually works in desperate situations.
