The post covers a number of areas, specifically: -Providing face to face and telephone assistance to students and staff regarding IT faults. Many faults are not expected to be resolved by first line support and therefore logged and assigned to a suitable technician. -Manage the IT Helpdesk, be aware of tickets and their status ready to update staff and students as required. -Organise and arrange manufacturer repairs for IT equipment. -Keep an accurate record of IT equipment on our Asset Register. The post covers a number of areas, specifically: -Provide technical assistance to our Expressive Arts department including sound, lighting, projection and photography. -Responding to AV faults throughout the Academy, including the support and maintenance of all AV equipment, including projectors, speakers and relevant equipment. -Laisse with external suppliers to support various Academy events. -Provide technical support for all out of school performances and events as required.
