Can anyone help me? I'm school admin. and my school uses FMS via hosted SIMS. On 8th December when trying to open the suppliers list in FMS I got a message saying it was unable to load; the same with the purchase order section and then 'Lock file has grown too large' when trying to open invoice/credit note processing. The Capita helpdesk have been useless & just keep telling me it's been escalated to the hosted team, who you are not allowed to speak to directly! They've offered 2 solutions, neither of which have made any difference so HELP please!!!
