  2. Will try it and will let you know in a few hours.
  3. Yes I fully removed any previous version from control panel (drivers included). I would get smartboard not detected errors with the old software but it still seemed to work with the issues mentioned. New software gets rid of the smartboard not detected error in smart settings but touch is not responsive. The green light on the board is also off.
  4. I've tried a few from 11 to 16.2. How old was the software you've used?
  5. I can't get the smartboard to respond to touch. Everytime I touch the screen it just keeps making the 'usb connected windows noise'. Any ideas?
