its more of the fact we cant use them in case staff upload documents they want to take home. If we were using actual online software for the rota they would only be able to use it for the rota. Hopefully that makes sense. Google drive etc you can upload and share anything I need something that they will only use for the rota.

Hi, I have been asked to find a software that will allow staff to check the rota without having to be on site. Unfortunately the usual ways such as google drive, one drive etc etc are not allowed due to the company I work for and the information we handle. Does anyone have any software they use that I could look at or has any one used https://rotacloud.com/ before ? It looks good from what I can see but also costs money! Just looking for some ideas. It would be great if it was free but when is anything good free these days! Put this in education part as it is for a school. Thanks in advance. Sam
