YES! I wondered what I was going to read post dissertation and decided to order a sub to the BBC History magazine. This book was the free gift with the sub.Thank you so much Dos_Box - you've made my day! I can now read at my leisure (well, a bit faster than that, really!) (It would have helped if they'd put a comp slip in with the book, wouldn't it?)

I'm bemused/puzzled/irritated! I got a beautiful book today, from this postal address (Unit 4F, Eurolink Industrial Centre, Bingham Road, Sittingbourne, Kent ME10 3SU). It is relevant to my field of study (I'm a mature student writing my MA dissertation in English with a focus on 12th and 20th Century narratives). How in heaven's name do they know that? I don't know what to do apart from holding on to it, entering it into my bibliography and hoping I can read it before they ask for it back! I guess they must be delivering for another company (e.g. Amazon or Better World Books) and use some kind of algorithm that gives them info. The blighters!
