  1. Thanks gybe We've still got 'old fashioned' labs with too much legacy software on them for my liking which makes managing them by Intune a bit more difficult. I'd like to make all machines Azure AD joined at some point to make all this easier but it's always a time issue. We're slowly syncing all our accounts with Azure Hybrid Connect but it's been delayed a bit due to a very busy September and people finally settling in and not wanting to rattle the cage again too much too soon. I'm hesitant to move our AzureAD above AD in the directory as I'm unsure what's going to happen to the student's authentication but I might just have to bite the bullet and do it at some point. Thanks for your response.
  2. Hi, We're in the process of moving from individual AD accounts and Office 365 accounts to connecting them with Azure AD sync. All our teachers have laptops connected to Azure AD, managed by Intune and log in with their Azure AD synced accounts which works fine. The vast majority of our students are still using normal AD on computers in labs. The issue we're having is that teachers don't seem to be automatically authenticating reliably after logging in which is causing endless phone calls from teachers saying they can't show their videos etc. We have Active Directory and Azure AD linked as directories (see attached picture) and have assigned the groups. Does the fact that AD is above Azure AD in the directory listings matter? If so what's the consequences for the students if we were to put AzureAD above AD? Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
  3. I'm not sure this is what you're after but there's this https://koha-community.org/documentation/ As an example, selecting the 17.05 option comes up with a lot of instructions for each section https://koha-community.org/manual/17.05/html/
  4. Sorry to jump onto an old thread again. Does anyone know if there's a cost attached to Appbridge or if it's going to be a free thing now that Google have bought them out? I'll contact sales to find out if no one has the answers. Thanks
  5. One problem I seem to be seeing is that you can only create assignments and use the class notebook under the 'General' channel of each class created which obviously prevents you from using each channel as a different topic area. I haven't tried it on a large scale but I can imagine this is going to make it difficult to maintain and keep organised for teachers.
  6. I completely cleaned out both those folders on a test machine but the printers still remain.
  7. I'm just as confused as you are. Thanks for giving it a go though I appreciate it.
  8. The printers are not listed there but I don't think they were prior to me running your script. The drivers are still listed there.
  9. This ended up doing what similar scripts have done and has basically ghosted all the printers but they still remain in the devices and printers section. Just so you are aware it did run fine on Windows 10 though.
  10. Unfortunately it didn't do anything. All the printers still remained.
  11. Hi, We had a problem where multiple duplicate printers were appearing for users. This issue was initially down to our print server showing up twice in HKLM:\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Print\Providers\Client Side Rendering Print Provider\ as PrintServer and PrintServer.local. Deleting both of those is halfway to resolving the issue but after that you need to delete the horde of printers that have been added. If I delete them all manually and restart then it's absolutely fine and the duplicate's don't reappear but I'm struggling to find a way to bulk delete them. I've tried various scripts that claim to do it, I've tried Group Policy but I'm wondering if thinking it's something local as even the local admin account has the same issue. Does anyone have any ideas on how to bulk delete all the printers so that group policy simply redeploy them properly next time a student logs on. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
