Is there a way on SIMS to produce a report with percentage attendance data for restricted date ranges? We are wanting a report that gives overall academic year percentage attendance (which I can do) and then four columns, each of which has each students percentage attendance for each week out of the last four...(I am aware from some recent that percentage attendance is a particular issue with SIMS)
We are then wanting an 'intervention' column at the end which we can manually fill in interventions for particular students. How would I set up the report to automatically update the attendance data once a week, but keep the interventions? What I have managed so far only opens a new report in excel - so all the intervention data which was entered is lost on the old report.
I am not fantastic with technology but I can generally manage with instructions - so if anyone can help it would be much appreciated!
Alternatively, if anyone has a report that does similar that they would be willing to share with me, I would very much appreciate it.
I have already contacted SIMS and they tell me it can be done but will only aid if school book a private consultation for a full day which we just cannot afford.
