So like quite a few others going off the forum, we were using HAP with no issue and then all of a sudden only the drives that were set for All users would appear, we then upgraded to 10.6, both just using the hap ad.dll and then with all the other upgrade files which then resolved the issue of drives not appearing but we now have the issue where no files appear and the dots continually go across at the top. However what we've discovered is if you log in with domain\username the files appear where as logging in with just the username causes no files to appear. So just wondering if anyone has managed to resolve this issue?

We have a problem where one user has a bat file set up with the NET USE command to connect to a network drive on another domain (this is going from a Server 2008 domain to a Server 2003 domain) and about once a week (for the last few months) after typing in their password to connect to the drive and then being able to access the drive for an hour or so they try and access a file and get a message saying their account has been locked out, so to resolve this I have to unlock the account in AD and then log into that domain with their account, once I've done this they are then able to access the drive. I've used Microsoft's lockout status tool and it shows 5 incorrect pw attempts even though they are not re-running the bat file and having looked at the event logs on the DC it only points to the computer that they are attempting to connect to the drive from as the source of the Failed Audit. The logs also showed that 11 attempts were made in the same second to log in, after 5 attempts it was locked out and the error codes went from displaying as 529 & 680 to 539 & 680

Am I right in thinking if we put the licenses from VPP into Apple Configurator, once a license has been used, if we were then to wipe an iPad that had it installed, we wouldnt get the license back and wouldn't be able to put the app back on?

We've been asked to purchase an app for a set of 20 iPads that teachers use to hand out to students for a lesson. We currently use Apple Configurator 1.7.2 with supervision set up on these iPads. The iPads are currently signed in to an iCloud account but not an Apple ID. What is the best way to go about purchasing 20 apps and then deploying them to the iPads without having to worry about if we have to wipe the iPads and then re-load the app?
