Hello, I'm brand new to working in the education environment and with SmartBoards. I'm the Computer Lab Teacher/Tech Support. My SmartBoard was working fine. Now shuts down after 5 mins. or so. The wrench/service light is red. It's not overheated. Tried first thing in the a.m. still happening. I've tried unplugging/restarting. No change. (Computer too.) We are a MAC environment if that helps. Here's the really weird thing - happening to one of my teacher's Sm.Boards too. Exact same thing. I've ordered a lamp - going to try replacing next week. After I read in the manual that's the problem. I'm not convinced though. Any ideas? Thank you, Anita
