Hi all Went to update Veeam to V13 - and a box pops up saying that Application-aware processing is disabled in V13. I know this is crucial to a successful SIMS backup, but don't want to upgrade if it's going to cause issues further down the line. Just wondering if anyone had any thoughts\solutions (And apologies if I've posted in the wrong group!) Thanks Mark

Hi all Nothing seemed to come up in a search on this one, so I'm hoping someone can help! I've got a ProWise IWB that looks like it's failed to update properly. It seems to now be stuck in a loop where it boots, goes straight to "Downloading OTA File" then the screen goes white, followed by an "Installing Default Apps" and it just sits there. I told the staff to leave it, and it's been going for just over a week...However I can't guarantee it's not been rebooted or switched off in the meantime (I'm in other schools the rest of the week) I'm guessing the Android update needs the firmware file to boot from first? - if so is it easily available? This is my first school with Prowise's..Most have BenQ or SMART, so I'm in completely new territory here! All help greatfully received! Thanks Mark
