The road where I live is 2.5 cars wide, has wide 'speed humps' with an 8' wide flat top at pavement height to aid wheelchair users and parents to cross the road.
I have a white line across my drive that continues up to and over one of these 'speed hump/crossing points' It is also on a bend in the road. I have lost track of
the times I have reported vehicles that are parked on this line/hump AND on the pavement to the extent that to pass on the pavement you have to twist your
body and almost walk sideways. So far, no one seems interested in doing something about it. I'm dreading the day that someone is run down due to this type
of inconsiderate and dangerous parking.
