Issues may occur if you activate in Frozen Mode as the state you're activating it in is not the same state it restores to. I use Drive Vaccine now instead of Deep Freeze which I used for almost a decade and I personally find Drive Vaccine easier to manage updates. That said, Deep Freeze should be fine, just have to keep half an eye on the program as your Adobe CC licenses reactivate. I would think if a machine is re-imaged it would need a license be reset.
