  1. Hi Paul, Sorry to hear that you are having signal drop outs whilst connecting to the Clevertouch, on another thread we have seen an issue when switching channels that the signal does not always like switching back to a PC source. I am running a HP Probook 650 G3 and have not had this issue but clearly you are having a pretty severe problem in your environment. Can you give me answers to the following questions please? : - How many Clevertouch do you have? Please supply one of the Clevertouch serial numbers. What verson and build number is the Clevertouch running? (this can be checked by going to Settings-->About device) What is the make and model of laptops used? Are the laptops video drivers all up to date? Are the HDMI cables standard/the cables that came with the Clevertouch? BR Jon
  2. I am running a HP Probook 650 G2 that is successfully switching back and forth between the channels. This may be a compatibility issue with a particular version of firmware, would it be possible you to let me know the Version Info and Build number from one of your CT V's please? This information can be found via Apps-->Settings-->About device. If it is a firmware related issue I would recommend this to be raised as a support request, which can be placed here : - New Support Case | CleverSupport Thanks
  3. Hi ReBoot, I can confirm switching between channels should work without having to unplug and plug back in the source, I have successfully tested this using VGA and then tested again using HDMI on a HP ProBook. Just to check, have you tried this on other make and model of PC/Mac sources? Re: YouTube - The only currently known way to play YouTube videos on the V series built-in Android is by going into the settings of the Browser-->Advanced-->Set User Agent-->andorid 2.3 useragent.
