Thanks for the confirmation. I have turned on Google Play, but it is taking time to take effect. My user want to buy a documentary from YouTube, I don't think it can be purchased via Google Play.

It seems GSuite Education accounts are blocked from making purchases on Youtube. Google payments is enabled for the account yet still can't make any purchases on Yotuube. I can't find any information on GSuite education accounts being blocked for purchase in YouTube and hence posting here for confirmation. When using Internet Explore I get below error Purchases are not available You can't make purchases on YouTube with your Google Apps for Education account. But on Chrome a different error comes up. Your account is not enabled for making purchases.
