I am working on creating a lean public kiosk image using Windows 10 Education 1607. Most of the default windows apps are disabled to speed up the first login, deep freeze will be used to manage the workstation and keep it pristine. The last pesky thing I am dealing with is this popup to enable insights for sticky notes (pops up for every new log in). I am unable to interact with sticky notes in audit mode to set this prior to image capture. I have tried to blow away sticky notes with powershell commands but it seams to come back from the dead for new users.
Does anyone know of a good method for setting sticky notes insights to on/off from audit mode? Or blow away sticky notes for all users?
