The role will have specific responsibilities: • Be responsible for Trust wide infrastructure solutions, ensuring they are effective and performing as required. • Lead on moving all our schools to a single Microsoft Office 365 Tennant, working with a 3rd party company. • Create, review and implement school IT Development Plans for our schools. • Manage Infrastructure solutions and project manage new IT projects being implemented. • To plan and prioritise own workload, responding to changing Trust wide priorities and demands. • Line-management responsibilities of Learning Partners IT Field Engineers and provide coaching and training where required. • Resolve complex IT helpdesk tickets and assist staff and students in person with IT related queries. • Diagnose, repair and maintain hardware and software components to ensure the smooth running of school computer systems. • Manage Servers and monitor systems for issues.
