Hi, I feel your frustration! I've had somthing similar a few times, restarting the PC and the panel has worked for me but I'm guessing thats not working in this case. It's also not good having to restart everything when it happens mid lesson. It seems that quite a few people are having problems with the SMART 4065 panels.
