About Sdr204

  1. The users already exist in Easymail, won't adding a csv in this way just duplicate users?
  2. Can you explain how to bulk change passwords in Easymail?
  3. Can you advise on how to bulk change them please?
  4. The accounts have been created in 365, but the email is not being stored there. The MX record is showing as invalid. I think it's just an MX record to verify the domain rather than the actual MX record to route the email.
  5. I think what's happened is that I gave the ISP both the TXT and MX record for them to verify the domain with O365. By adding the MX record I think that's caused our problem.
  6. our ISP controls them, they have someone on call over the weekend who I may be able to get hold of. My big concern is though why they have changed?
  7. I just used an online tool online to check the MX record and this is what it shows C865BA091995D3F10ADB261339F546005797389E.msv1.invalid I'm guessing that's the problem but I don't understand why it's changed.
  8. I'm trying to send an email from a non 365 and non Easymail account to an address on the domain. No users on the domain have received any email at Easymail since Friday. Its very odd as the MX record still points to Easymail that hasn't changed.
  9. I'm having an absolute nightmare today! Our Easymail accounts are no longer receiving email! The only steps I have done is to register the domain with O365 and create mailboxes for the users. I haven't synced any mailboxes yet and I haven't changed the MX records. When I try to sent an email to one of the accounts on the domain I get a bounceback saying illegal host/domain name. What's going on ?!
  10. thanks for this - had feared that would be the case. USers migrating own data isn't an option, so guess I will have to reset them. Can you advise how to do this in Easymail plus admin? The option isn't obvious
  11. Hi all I'm looking to move 28 staff mailboxes from RM Easymail to O365. I've set up O365, verified the domain and created the new mailboxes. I've experimented with a test account and managed to get the IMAP migration tool to work just fine. My question is, is there a way to access the RM Easymail mailboxes with the admin credentials? Or will I have to reset them all to something else during migration? I'm not sure I know how to change them! Can anyone help? I guess what I am asking is, when I create the csv, I need a neat way around the password column to help IMAP to carry out the migration without me having to get everyone's passwords.
