I get this message with one of our computers in our computer suite. I leave that computer to the end, when I plug in a network cable to one of the other computers. When the image is transferred, I then plug back in the original cable to activate and deploy anti-virus.

Thanks Rob, I already have that ticked though Will have to keep investigating. Our iPads haven't been configured with Apple Configurator, although I had previously used before wiping when I just used Meraki MDM.

Could you share what tickbox in Meraki please Rob? I have had this issue for a long time and have to use Google Drive to get photos and videos off; which although it works, I would just love to be able to plug a cable in.
