It's like you said. We have a print server and they are pushed out by group policy.

Not wanting to use it.

I have a few network Canon printers that when users will print to them they are prompted for a Department ID occasionally, not every time. I checked the printers' web interface and the device settings for Department ID and both are not enabled. Any reason why this would be?
