I am a novice in Group Policy management.
I work in a school where I need to deploy the Google Drive plugin for MS office in our ICT labs on machine level.
No matter who uses the computers, when they want to save the office file, there must be an option to choose
Google Drive as a location to store.
I have downloaded the 64 bit version of Enterprise plugin on Machine MSI from Google and saved in the a common
storage server and shared it. Created a new GPO ,edited to deploy it on computer level on ICT OU.
Ran GPUPDATE /FORCE on server 2008 Standard ( 32bit) as well as on All ICT Pcs running on Windows 7 Professional (64 bit)
Still no go. The google drive plugin does not appear when I open the MS Word.
Could any one help me in this regard ?
