    Apps are installed to the Devices groups in profile manager and not users, the apps are set to install automatically in this group.

    Hi, I am using Mac OSX Server EL Capitan Version 10.11.5 Profile Manager to Configure the iPads with restrictions. Apple Configurator 2 To add blue prints to the iPads. Hope this helps.
